Level Designs

Beginning with my initial design and collaboratively working with other team members, after several iterations we finalized the sushi bar level. The core concept of the level is that players are very small robots using a conveyor belt sushi bar (in space!) as their battle arena. They use sushi and other props as bunkers while utilizing the conveyor belt to quickly escape, or enter, the fray. Sushi Bar level was designed, built, and iterated on in collaboration with Pace Mendoza.

The next level being designed takes place at a firework festival. The players use the fireworks and other props as bunkers. Visibility is poor during planning but, during the map phase (between turns) fireworks go off, temporarily illuminating the level and providing more information on player location.
